Dance and Special Education

Dance is for All

Dance can be accessible for everyone, the facilitator only needs to approach the activity to be inclusive. I really like the message in the following video. In our Dance class, we talked about being inclusive for all students, and how to modify and accommodate for our students. It is good to remember that we cannot assume a student who has physical limits cannot dance or rise to the challenge.
